Shipping, return and exchange

The time or the cost it takes to ship an item can depend based on your location. 

All shipping fees are set as it is at checkout. 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email about a confirmation(address and other informations that was given by you when typing your order) with a tracking number.

International orders can take between 7-14 days to arrive

If you live in Canada orders can take between 4-7 days to arrive

ALLOW 48 HOURS OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.

It can take longer to ship due to the COVID pandemic, but stay patient ! :)

Everything from my shop is final sale. No refunds,returns or exchanges.

*The shop is not responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen packages. You will not be refunded.

If any problem occurs, I can make some exceptions but as soon as the item is in the process of shipping, it will not be possible for me.
